SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

CroomsCon 2020 had over 515 attendees from all over the state of Florida. We are to proud report that at the end of the event we donated $13,000 to the Arnold Palmer Orlando Children’s Miracle Network hospital. This year we hope to break our 2020 record! You can help us by supporting this amazing charity event! Below you can find some of the sponsorship opportunities we are offering for the next CroomsCon!

Minion Sponsor           $100.00  (Or equivalent donation)

• Name or business name listed and linked on the CroomsCon sponsor widget in order of donation value, then alphabetical order under the minion sponsor heading.

• Permanent listing on the annual history page under the minion sponsor heading.

Monster Sponsor        $300.00  (Or equivalent donation)

• Name or business name and/or logo linked to your website listed on the CroomsCon 2019 sponsor widget, under the monster sponsor heading in order of donation value, then alphabetical order.

• Permanent listing on the annual history page under the monster sponsor heading in order of donation value, then alphabetical order.

Mini-Boss Sponsor      $500.00 (Or equivalent donation)

• The ability to hang a banner (up to 3’x6′) and name a room (of your choice, subject to availability) after you or your business. This room will be identified on the event map as the “Room Name Courtesy of: Your Business”.

• Your name, business and/or logo added to the Mini-boss sponsor section of the map.

• All references to your name or business name linked to your website.

• Your name or business and/or your company logo listed and linked to your website on the CroomsCon sponsor widget in order of donation value, then alphabetical order.

• Permanent listing on the annual history page under the Mini-Boss sponsor heading in order of donation value, then alphabetical order.

Final Boss Sponsor      $2,000.00+   (Or equivalent donation)

• Sponsor name, logo and link on the header of the CroomsCon website for a year as the primary sponsor.

• Your name, business and/or logo added to the Final Boss sponsor section of the map.

• The ability to hang 2 large (up to 10’x10′, provided by sponsor) banners at the main entrance or in the concessions area of CroomsCon 2019.

• All references to your name or business name linked to your website.

• Full name or business name listed on the CroomsCon 2019 sponsor widget as the primary sponsor.

• Permanent placement of your name, business name and/or logo listed on the history page as the primary sponsor of CroomsCon 2019.
